This license continues until the content is deleted from our systems, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

8. Travel Information Disclaimer

Travel information on YoloPlans is generated by users and may not always be accurate, complete, or current.

Users should independently verify visa requirements, safety information, local laws, business hours, pricing, transportation schedules, and health requirements.

YoloPlans does not guarantee the accuracy of any travel-related content.

9. Intellectual Property

Except for User Content, all content and materials on the Service, including logos, trademarks, software, designs, graphics, text, and features, are owned by YoloPlans or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.

10. Copyright Complaints

If you believe content infringes your copyright, please contact us with identification of the copyrighted work, identification of the allegedly infringing material, contact information, and a statement made under penalty of perjury that your claim is accurate.

We may remove allegedly infringing material and terminate repeat infringers.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to remove content, restrict functionality, suspend accounts, or permanently terminate accounts.

Reasons may include violation of these Terms, illegal activity, fraudulent behavior, harmful conduct toward other users, repeated community guideline violations, and security concerns.

Users may also delete their accounts at any time. Termination does not limit any rights or remedies available to YoloPlans.

12. Privacy

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED $100 USD OR THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO YOLOPLANS IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless YoloPlans and its affiliates from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law.
